David Valls Manclus

David Valls has over 12 years of international experience living in the USA and South Korea. After completing his studies and working for the European Union Delegation to the United Nations and as an advisor for startups in the US, he is back in València as a Project Manager at Invest in València. The Official Foreign Direct Investment Office for the city of València works on promoting the city as an attractive destination for investors.
