We ensure the world keeps moving: From “The Engine Company” to pioneer of innovative drive systems

The challenge to meet the Paris Agreement is omnipresent. In this keynote, the off-highway sector as part of the global ecosystem and therefore its role in the transformation is depicted. The solution space for sustainable drive systems is outlined and technical options as well as strategic implications for DEUTZ are derived. Special attention is given to the hydrogen combustion engine which will go into series production in late 2024. Finally, aspects of mastering the transformation are highlighted: DEUTZ on the road from a classic diesel engine manufacturer to provider of sustainable ecosystems.
